    1  | Who is the Rfwl simplified reset For?

    The RFWL Simplified Reset is for you if you want to reset, cut through the clutter, eat well, and carve out time to truly take care of yourself.

    Particularly if you’ve tried programs before and found them to be to complicated or hard to stick to, this Reset if for you.

    2 | When does the Reset start?

    The Reset begins October 1st and runs through the 26th. The program is available for download now, as is access to the Facebook group, so you can get a jump on planning right away.

    3 | is it a diet?

    The Reset is designed to help you cut through the clutter, focus on real food, and take time for self-care.

    This is about creating a lifestyle, the healthy life you actually want to live, without dieting or deprivation.

    4 | do the recipes include nutrition information? calorie counts?

    Nope. This is about real food, no counting required.

    5 | i’m a vegetarian. will the reset work for me?

    14 of the 19 recipes are, or can easily be adapted to a vegetarian diet.

    6 | will the Reset be offered again?

    Yes, the Reset will be offered again in January. But, the price will be higher, so now is an amazing time to try it.

    7 | i don’t have a Facebook account. can I still participate?

    The Facebook group is your place to connect, ask questions, and tune into the Facebook live Q&A with Robyn each week.

    Some people choose to create a temporary account so they can participate in the group.

    It’s not required, but it is where the Reset conversations will be happening.

    8 | Can I preview the recipes?

    Yep, here’s a look at the recipe rundown. We designed the recipes + the program to be ultra-simple & doable, so that’s what you can expect from the recipes and the weekly meal plan.
