5 | I’m a vegetarian. Will the reset work for me?

14 of the 19 recipes are, or can easily be adapted to a vegetarian diet.

6 | Is there a Facebook group?

No, but if you’d like a little support, join our Real Food Whole Life group and we’ll be happy to cheer you on and answer any questions you may have.

7 | Can I preview the recipes?

Yep, take a look at the recipe table of contents in the gallery, at the top of the page. We designed the recipes + the program to be ultra-simple & doable, so that’s what you can expect from the recipes and the weekly meal plan.

8 | Can I share the Reset with a friend?

In this case, sharing isn’t caring. If you’d like to invite a friend to join you for accountability, please do! Just don’t send her downloads directly. It’s stealing, after all.

Nope. This is about real food, no counting required.
