10. One-Bowl Harvest Chicken Salad (gf, df, p)

"One-Bowl Harvest Chicken Salad is one of my family's favorite! The reason I love it is because it's so versatile and comes together quickly. It can be a main dish, side dish, lunch option for the kids and you can use leftover chicken or a store bought rotisserie and it always tastes great! My family really enjoys the recipes on your blog! Thank you!" -@sarahatpeace via Instagram

9 | One-Pan Orange Chicken Asparagus Stir-Fry (gf, df, p)

"I stumbled on this recipe tonight by accident. At 6pm my starting point for dinner was chicken. This recipe having only 10 ingredients that I just happened to have on hand made this a winner...and what a winner it was!!! Quick and easy to put together, one pan to clean and the flavor was fantastic! This is a keeper! You've got a new fan and a new subscriber!" -Catherine

"These were perfect for brunch and everyone gobbled them up (even my 3 year old)! Thank you for such a yummy, easy recipe!" -Kait via Instagram

7 | 5-Ingredient Turkey Meatballs (gf, df, p, ff)

"Yum, I made these and served on whole wheat rolls with marinara sauce and cheese for Meatball Subs with a side salad of spinach and tomatoes. There were no leftovers after feeding 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 toddler! My son loved adding the onion and pepper to the food processor, I loved not finely dicing anything." -Amber

6 | 5-Ingredient Garlic Rosemary Chicken Breasts (gf, df, p, ff)

"I made this the other night, with sweet potatoes!! So delish!" @jennweakland via Instagram

5 | One-Bowl Carrot Cake Muffins (gf, df, v, ff)

"I just finished off the last of these. They were so good! My husband, who rarely eats any of my "healthy" baking, ate these two days as well. I went exactly by the recipe, but omitted the walnuts as I was feeding them to my almost one year old, but they were very satisfying and flavorful with the raisins and carrots. I'm already planning another batch today or tomorrow!" -Shawna

4 | One-Bowl Monster Cookie Dough Bites (gf, df, v, vg, ff)

Made these today after seeing them on Insta last week. My pre-schoolers loved helping put them together and deciding on their mix ins. I think our only complaint is that it didn't make enough. Will definitely double the recipe next time. Yum Yum!! Thanks for the great recipe! -Alison
