How It Works

 

Actually Healthy is Designed to be Completed Online, with Flexibility to Fit Within Your Schedule

Mindset, Food & Movement

There are three modules included in the course: 1) mindfulness, 2) food, and 3) movement.

In each module you'll learn how to set intentional goals and learn mindsets to change your behavior from a place of love.

Audio

Each week you’ll have access to a new, exclusive audio recording from Robyn, ranging in length from 5-20 minutes.

Companion Slides

In addition to the audio, you’ll receive beautifully designed companion slides, so you can take notes and walk through the audio in detail.

Daily 5-Minute Journal

You’ll also have access to the Actually Healthy daily journal.

Designed to accompany the audio recordings, the Actually Healthy journal provides 5-minute daily prompts to help you hone in on what’s most important to you.

The Actually Healthy daily journal also includes gentle goal setting prompts, plus opportunities to monitor progress.

Private Facebook Group

You’ll also have access to the Actually Healthy private Facebook group, where you’ll receive support and encouragement from Robyn, as well as other group members.

Accountability Emails

Finally, you’ll get weekly emails from Robyn to help hold you accountable, and remind you of what’s coming next.

Flexibility

The entire course is designed to work within your schedule, with as little as 5-minutes a day of hands-on time.

FAQs

Is this a diet or an exercise program?

No. Actually Healthy is about changing mindset and behavior from the inside out.

While the course does focus on mindset and behavior related to food + movement, there are no recipes, meal plans, or workouts to follow. 

When does the course begin?

The course begins January 1, 2018 and ends February 10th, 2018.

When will I have access to course materials?

Week one materials and the Actually Healthy journal will be available December 28th, 2017.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. All of the course material can be viewed through the course portal, so you'll just need an up-to-date web browser, and strong Internet connection. 

If you prefer to download the material directly to your computer, you may do so.

Can I enroll even if I'm doing another diet or program?

Yes! Actually Healthy will compliment any other diet or challenge you're doing in January.

Will I need to print anything?

Yes, you will want to print the course journal, which can be done using a home computer, or at a printing store.

The journal is approximately 80 pages, and can be printed in grayscale or color.

Are there discounts available?

Is there a payment plan available?
