Real Food Meal Plans are made up of five easy recipes, made with real food ingredients that can be made on busy weeknights. All the recipes are (or can easily be adapted to be) gluten-free and dairy-free. There's always a slow cooker recipe to kick off the week, and some vegetarian and paleo options as well.
If you're doing the barre3 Challenge, trying to eliminate gluten and/or dairy from your diet, or just looking to get quick, healthy dinners on the table, these meal plans will work for you. Just remember to follow the Portion Prescription, and fill at least half your plate with veggies!

Slow Cooker Chicken, Kale and Sweet Potato Stew (gf, df, p, ff)
This recipe has been getting rave reviews, and it's so darn simple there's no reason not to add it to your weekly rotation. Add some crusty bread or a quick salad to round out the meal. I've been making a batch of Crunchy Curry Quinoa Salad during my weekly Meal Prep to enjoy alongside this easy, make ahead stew.
Sweet Potato Beef Bowls with Mango Avocado Salsa (gf, df, p)
The flavor in these bowls is amazing, particularly given there are only a few ingredients required to throw them together. Feel free to swap ground turkey or chicken for the beef if you prefer. Roast the sweet potatoes ahead and these bowls will come together in under 20 minutes.
Tuscan Pumpkin Pasta (gf, df)
If you haven't tried this recipe yet, now is the time! It's incredibly simple and definitely a crowd pleaser. All you need are a few pantry staples and you can whip this one up in no time. You can also make a double batch and freeze half for dinner another night.
Weeknight Turkey Tacos (df, gf)
These turkey tacos are sure to be a hit any night of the week. Since fresh corn isn't in season at the moment feel free to use frozen, defrosted in its place.
You'll love the fresh flavors of this easy grilled chicken, and how fast it is to prepare. If outdoor grilling isn't an option where you are, use a grill pan or broiler to prepare the chicken. Serve with a side of cooked quinoa, brown rice, and/or a big side salad.
