Strawberries and cream. This sweet strawberry bowl for breakfast is amazing. Cook steel cut oats with half water and half super-fast vanilla cashew milk or milk of choice. Top the cooked oatmeal with more milk, strawberries warmed with maple syrup and the seeds from half a vanilla bean or a teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and toasted coconut chips. The perfect way to kickoff the weekend!
Springtime revelation. Carrots + coconut oil + sea salt + old grill pan + hot grill = the best springtime side ever.
Healthy Travel Snacks. You know I never travel without a stash of healthy travel snacks. Crackers, dried fruit, veggies, tea, some coconut cream bars, and an apple make the perfect snaking combo.
Vegas Window View. We made it to Vegas for a conference but I have a feeling we'll be spending a decent amount of time in the pool. Soaking up a little knowledge and a lot of vitamin D.
