2017 Top Recipes, Posts, Episodes + What's Next

So let's take a look back at 2017, and also dive into what's coming up for next year!

2017 Top Recipes, Posts, Episodes + What's Next

A Look Back at 2017

Feel Good Effect Podcast

Real Food Whole Life experienced a few big changes in 2017, most notably, the launch of the Feel Good Effect podcast

Launching the show has been one of the most terrifying and rewarding things I've done in my professional career.

Connecting with the amazing guests and incredible community we've grown has been one of the absolute highlights of my year.

Yoga Teacher Training

Behind the scenes, this year I also become a certified yoga teacher

My goal in becoming a yoga teacher is to bring you more movement + mindfulness content here on the blog, plus some in-person teaching and trainings as well!

RFWL Community Facebook Group

This year also brought the launch of the Real Food Whole Life Community Facebook group, a place were we share new recipes and connect about real health in real life.

I love connecting with readers beyond the blog, so come on over and join us in 2018!

Real Food Fix

In January I also launched Real Food Fix, my method for meal planning (made specifically for people who hate meal planning).

The downloadable PDF is a step-by-step guide to eating real food without spending hours planning, and your guys' response has been so amazing.

I love hearing from readers who are having success with the RFF method; spending less time planning and more time doing what they love.

Recipes + Posts

In addition to the podcast and yoga teacher training, I continued to share new recipes and posts here on the blog.

Keep scrolling for the top recipes, posts, and episodes from the year!

A Look Ahead at 2018

So much goodness to come!

I have a feeling 2018 is going to be a year of change and growth, and I can't wait to take this ride together.

As always, can expect more recipes, along with posts diving into what it truly means to be healthy.

I also hope to bring you more movement-based content, though I'm not quite sure what that will look like. Video here on the blog, perhaps?

I'm also beginning work on an Instat Pot bonus and audio welcome guide for Real Food Fix, which will go out to current Real Food Fixers, plus be available with purchase in early 2018, so be on the lookout for that!

Next year will also bring the first RFWL course!!

Actually Healthy Course

Called Actually Healthy, the online course is a six-week opportunity to get into the mindset of true health, and to live the healthy life you've already wanted.

The course begins January 1st, and enrollment is open now (enter EARLY at checkout for $50 off registration)!

Until next year, I want to thank you, thank you, for being part of this community.

For every recipe you've made, every post you've commented on, every email sent. I thank you.

Cheers to a happy, healthy new year!
